From the VTE 468 series of battery terminal insulators. This terminal cover is made from PVC and is designed to protect terminal connections from short circuits. The 468 series are designed to look good as well as give protection to your electronics. The cover is suitable for a battery post terminal where the terminal is secured with a self tapping screw from the top, and it allows an eye terminal to be connected.

This battery terminal cover is colour coded red to signal a positive connection.

Using this terminal cover allows you to comply with ABYC E-9, USCG 33 Subpart I and ISO 10133 standards.
