Vetus low friction engine control cable is suitable for use with engine and gearbox control levers. This control cable has a multi strand wire core to make the cable flexible and strong, which is designed to make minimum contact with the ribbed, synthetic sheath. The construction allows the cable to be ultra responsive to all movements on the control lever and the low friction design ensures that these commands are obeyed accurately.

This Vetus control cable is suitable for complicated installations and long runs, still performing at the highest level due to the design. The engine control cable can also be used in dual station installations where two helm positions require two control levers.
