Sierra 18-2244 Drain Plug for Mercury Sterndrive Engines

Sierra Marine drain plug 18-2244 features a 3/8"-16 thread and is supplied with the 18-2945 gasket. It will replace the following plugs:

- Mercury 10-79953A2, 10-79953Q2, 10-79953Q04 & 10-79953K04

- Mallory 9-72650

The drain plug / vent screw is suitable for #1/R/MR/Alpha/Alpha I Gen II upper and lower units including the following engines:

Mercury:

- 1-R, MR, Alpha One

- I, I-R, MR, Alpha One Gen II

- 35hp & 40hp 2-cylinder

- 10hp 3-cylinder

- 50hp, 60hp & 65hp 3-cylinder

- 40hp, 45hp & 50hp 4-cylinder

- 70hp, 75hp, 80hp, 90hp, 100hp, 115hp & 125hp 4-cylinder
