The Spin-On oil filter conversion kit is easy to use and eliminates your old cartridge element type oil filter, bowl and parts converting it to a modern replacement spin on oil filter element which means less mess and less hassle.

The Spin-On oil filter kit is suitable for most Ford 2700, 2710 and 2720 Dorset and Dover based diesel engines (naturally aspirated), such as the Thornycroft 250, 380, 251 and 381 boat engines.

The oil filter features a M22 x 1.5 thread for the filter to spin on to. It is supplied with a 1/4" NPT male nipple which is used as an oil feed to the injection pump for the 2720 series Dover engines. For the 2700 series engines it would be required to blank off the thread of the male nipple.

Please note: This product must be installed and tested by a competent, qualified marine engineer.
