3M uniquely constructed compounding/polishing pad system provides quick change advantages while producing exceptional finishes on gelcoat and paint systems. Designed to provide easy attachment and removal as well as centring of polishing pad to backup. Fits all standard (5/8" shaft) slow speed polishers.

3M Wool Compounding Pads are built to deliver an aggressive cut for a smooth finish, ideal when compounding on paints, clears and composite surfaces. The single-sided pad featuring a finer 60/40 wool blend and our Hookit attachment for quick change-outs.

- Removes finishing abrasive sand scratches and other paint surface defects

- Double sided screw-on pads feature flexing action for reduced surface burn risk
